Doors ordered in November and it is September and they are still not completely finished. Extremely poor communication throughout the project. They will tell you they will contact you with status next week and months down the road you will only hear from them if you are lucky enough to get them to answer the phone when you call. They schedule to come and you take off from work to be there and they don't show up. You have issues with the work not being completed as promised and they send the same people who did the installation to inspect their own work. They again make promises and it has now been several more weeks and we have heard nothing again about when they will complete the work. The people are friendly and some of the work that has been done has been done fairly well but other work has been sloppy and unfinished. The lack of communication and the inability to finish the work has been very unprofessional and frustrating. Unless something is eventually resolved with this project, we would not give this company even one star in many of these categories. We expected so much more from the reputation of Anderson.

Very expensive! In my opinion, product is not worth exorbitant cost. Screens do not fit well.

The team was very professional. We experienced some delays in completion of the project once it was started due to a scheduling conflict. Everyone was apologetic and we were reimbursed for extra expenses we incurred as a result of the delay. Overall, we were pleased with the process.

Have Anderson windows in the whole house, but one of the original ones lost whatever (sorry I don't know the words) anyway, I could not see out anymore and the other was not an Anderson. So I had those two replaced, now the whole house is an "Anderson Window House"! I am happy and pleased!

Extremely happy with the new windows, their quality and installation. The team really went above and beyond to get my windows installed on time and in budget in spite of damage caused by the leaky Windows we replaced. Less happy with the RBA sales tactics. Salesman himself was fine, but why the slide show and "special price if you buy now" pressure - feels like a scam even if it's not...
